We are lucky enough to call one of the greatest places on Earth our home. Exeter is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain Range in the historic Town of Leesburg. Leesburg sits on the cusp between the rural, scenic west and vibrant, urban east of Loudoun County. Surrounded by the man-made and natural wonders that fill the Commonwealth of Virginia, we are lucky to be within driving distance of the ocean, the Nation's Capital, scenic mountain vistas, and so many fun things to do! Shopping
Not only is Leesburg home to one of the region's premier shopping outlets, it is close to dozens of unique and region-specific shopping opportunities. In Downtown Leesburg, you could visit the quaint King Street shops, like Very Virginia, or travel to the Potomac Mills Shopping area less than hour away. Leesburg has several distinct shopping centers which range from historic downtown's eclectic shoppettes to the modern Village at Leesburg..

Transportation
You're so close to wherever you want to go, it's stunning. Located less than an hour way, Washington D.C. is the central hub for the Mid-Atlantic.
U.S. Highway 15 and Virginia Route 7 intersect in Leesburg, providing highway access in all directions. The Point of Rocks bridge on U.S. Highway 15 just minutes north of Leesburg is the only bridge across the Potomac River between it and the Capital Beltway. Virginia Route 7 runs from Alexandria, just outside the District of Columbia to Interstate 81 in Winchester, with Leesburg centrally located.
In addition, the Dulles Greenway toll road (Virginia Route 267) terminates in Leesburg and provides direct access to Washington Dulles International Airport, just 15 minutes to the east. In addition, the Leesburg Executive Airport, one of the region's busiest general aviation airports, provides businesses with further transportation options into and out of the area. A 45-minute drive is all it takes to get to the area's other major airport, Reagan National Airport.
Running east-west through the Northern Virginia Corridor is the Silver Line Metro, with the latest stop now active in Reston, with service through the Capital.

Northern Virginia Outdoor Attractions- Virginia is truly a four-season destination with the geography and climate to match every outdoor activity, adventure, and sport. You choose whether it's of the high-adrenaline or laid-back variety. Hit the road for a sight-seeing tour or stop for the weekend in the Appalachian Mountains. Virginia's rivers, lakes and streams offer fantastic fresh-water fillets. Pull your limit of trout, small mouth bass, sunfish, catfish and plenty more species in Virginia.
Washinton D.C.-There is so much to see and do in Washington, DC that you can’t see it all in just one visit. A well-rounded trip should include exploring the National Mall and some other activities too. Education
Leesburg is served by the Loudoun County Public Schools, which are consistently ranked among the finest in the nation. All of Loudoun County’s eligible high schools are included the best 1,000 high schools in America as rated by Newsweek’s Challenge Index. Elementary students would normally got to either Leesburg Elementary or Frances Hazel Reid Elementary for K-5th grade, to Smarts Mill Middle School for 6-8th grade, and to Tuscarora High School for 9-12th grade.
Although there are no private schools located within the Town of Leesburg, there are two nearby that offer secular and church-based elementary and secondary educational opportunities, Leesburg Christian School and Loudoun Country Day School. In addition, the Paxton Campus offers a variety of educational programs for children and adults with disabilities.
